How long have you been teaching?

I’ve been teaching since 2018. As well as reformer, I am also trained to teach mat, barre and pre and postnatal. I am also a This Girl Can Essex Ambassador.


Traditional pilates method – I always talk about alignment, breathing and pelvic floor engagement and end with a relaxation which clients love. I am quite hands-on as I want clients to get the best out of the exercise.

Shoulder bridge/teaser/leg circles – so many!
