A class that is perfect for those returning to exercise, or those that have never done Pilates before and have reservations about joining a group class.
Contour Pilates is all about community spirit so we welcome friends and family. It will give you the opportunity to have even more fun, as you workout.
Once you’ve had your induction, this package also includes a group class.

The instructor will give you an assessment of your posture, and discuss any issues. They will then guide you through one of our basic level workouts to help you understand the technique and see how your body performs. Sometimes a new class is daunting, so you are welcome to bring a friend to this workout.
Once completed there is time to ask questions, and seek advice on classes you could join. We want you to leave your first class feeling stronger and more confident
