We just had to respond to the demand for more cardio based workouts. Our in-person and virtual one to one sessions offer you dedicated time and expertise. Helping you to get stronger, in our friendly and welcoming space. Whether you just want to feel the challenges of our bespoke CONTOUR classes or rehabilitate from injury, or need support pre or post-natally, we are here to help you and guide you. Our team of ex-professional athletes, will help you to reach your goals and beyond. 

Sessions can be purchased by the hour or as a pack of 4 or 8 classes. You can also train with a friend to share time, cost and make the workout even more fun.

What to know for your Personal Training Session

Whatever your fitness level or goals, personal training can help you to become fitter, healthier and reach your personal targets.

There are times when we all need that extra encouragement, support, advice and motivation, whether you have just started out on your fitness journey or planning to run a marathon.

Building a great working relationship with our personal trainers can be a fun and very rewarding experience. They are there to educate and ensure you remain focused on your fitness goals.

Our experienced personal trainers will help you:

Set realistic but challenging health goals
Improve your flexibility with assisted stretching
Track your ongoing progress
Increase energy levels

Once completed there is time to ask questions, and seek advice on classes you could join. We want you to leave your first class feeling stronger and more confident

What to Bring to Class

  • Water bootle (water will be available)
  • Towel
  • Loose-fitting tank tops and shorts
  • High-athletic socks and sweatbands
  • High-impact sports bra (women)
