Taking your Pilates practice to whole new level with our Advanced Reformer Pilates class the emphasis is firmly on performancepower, and connecting with your body.

The class has a faster flow and is more intense. Yes, it’s tough, but if you love a challenge and you’re ready to see you body become tighter, leaner and feel stronger, then you are definitely ready to try out our Advanced Reformer Pilates class. You can expect significantly more variety – there are literally hundreds of exercises for your instructor to take you through.

At each level, you’ll quickly see new levels of core strengthflexibility, and general fitness. Your posture will improve; you’ll stand taller and straighter, and your physique will become leaner and more toned. Your technical ability will increase and with it your levels of stamina too.

What to know for your Intermediate Reformer Pilates class

  • To book this class you should be comfortable with the Reformer Machine
  • Understand how the core muscles work, and be able to activate them correctly
  • You will get hot, so wear clothes that allow you to move easily and stay cool. You won’t need shoes and it’s up to you whether you prefer to go with or without socks on our machines.
  • We recommend that you attend our Intermediate Reformer Pilates class before attempting an advanced class.
  • If you’ve already seen some improvement in your core strength and flexibility, you’re ready to take it to the next level and this is the class for you.
  • Please try out a variety of instructors, because they offer different exercises and challenges. While they are all fully trained in the principles of Pilates, their unique personalities and teaching styles are worth exploring.
